CATERING ORDER FORM or E-MAIL

Catering order form or e-mail should be send in copy to the office, to the flight attendant manager and customer’s PA – if required. Before confirm the order it’s necessary tto get their approval.

I would kindly care to place a Catering Order for an upcoming flight on August 3rd 2024.

Kindly, find the following details in regards to the aforementioned flight:

Date of Flight: 3rd of August 2025

Time of delivery (usually an hour, an hour and a half before the flight)  8.00 Spain Local Time

Delivery Place: by the aircraft in Palma de Mallorca (PMI)

Handling company: Mallorcair FBO

Operator: Jet Airlines

Number of guests: 4 (2 adults and 2 children)

Type of Catering: Lunch (no allergies have been mentioned)

I will pay at delivery via credit card

The catering order will include:

Service Essential

-              Assorted sandwiches – 8 pcs in total divided in vegetarian, cheese, chicken and salmon

-              A selection of different kind of bred rolls ( white grain, whole grain, multi grain) 12 pcs in total

-              4 servings of unsalted Lurpak Butter

-              50 gr plain croutons

-              Assorted crudites with humus dip  for 4  pax

-              Ten(10) pieces assorted petit fours

-              Assorted sliced fruits – 1 tray for 4 pax

-              One (1) small pack of edible flowers, 50 gr of dill, sage, and mint.

-              200 gr of each of the following: Strawberry, Blueberry and Raspberry

-              One (1) kilo of Dry Ice

-              One bag of Ice cubes

-              Two (2) sliced lemons and lime 

Entrees

-              Two (2) tomato mozzarella bruschetta

-              One ( 1) mix salad with Italian dressing

-              One (1) chicken noodle  soup

Main Course

One  (1) Fish Goujons

One (1) penne Bolognese

One  (1) Striploin Beef Steak with Sauce Jack, medium rare

One (1) Pepper Stuffed with Vegetables and Tofu

Side dish

Mashed potatoes

Steamed broccoli

Grilled zucchini, radish, peppers and aubergines

Cheese Plateau

A selection of Swiss Cheese with Red Grapes, Red Berries Confiture and Plain Crackers for 2 pax

Desserts and Fresh Fruits

Four (4) individually packed small ice cream vanilla or chocolate from Valrhona 

Four (4) Chocolate Éclair with Cream decorated with Chocolate Fudge

Four (4) Strawberry Tarts with White Chocolate Cream

The aircraft is equipped with both oven and microwave on board, please pack the catering as small as possible using aluminum foil and microwave friendly containers.

Please separate all sauces into a different container
